Your Korean journey starts at Incheon (ICN)! From smooth immigration to catching the late-night bus, Teacher Hoon shares the Insider Tips you need for a stress-free arrival.
Your First Taste of Hospitality (EEAT Tip)
Incheon Airport is consistently ranked #1 for a reason. As a teacher living in Korea for 20 years, I've seen travelers struggle most with Transportation and Night Arrivals. Knowing exactly where to go for a shower or which train to take can save you hours of frustration. Let's master the airport like a local.

- 🛂 Immigration: Have your passport and K-ETA/Visa ready. Fast and efficient.
- 🧳 Baggage: Check the electronic boards for your flight's carousel number.
- 📝 Customs: Green Line if nothing to declare. Red Line for items over $800 value.
- 📱 Service Hall: Buy your T-Money card, SIM card, or exchange currency here.
🚉 Getting to Seoul

💡 Teacher Hoon's expert "Late Arrival" Tip
Arriving after midnight? The AREX stops around 11:30 PM. Use the Late-Night Airport Bus (N-Buses) or stay at the Darakhyu Capsule Hotel inside the airport. If you're on a budget, Terminal 1 and 2 both have free Nap Zones with reclining chairs!
