Focus Tips: ① Find the main verb first: 합의에 이르렀다. ② Attach adverbials: 장시간 협상 끝에, 핵심 쟁점에 대해. ③ Paraphrase simply: 여야가 핵심 쟁점에 조건부로 합의했다.
